Happy first birthday to my lil’ boy. The feeling is very fulfilling whenever I remember how I gave birth to this handsome boy. I can still remember the excruciating pain yet all I felt was happiness and satisfaction the first time I laid my eyes on him. The happiness he brought into our world can’t be measured. And words are not enough to thank our Lord for this great present. My life has change when this boy came… he gave a direction in my life. The happiness he brought to us is more than the happiness that my first puppy love, my first boyfriend, my graduation, my birthday presents, my first job… my wedding brought me. On his birthday, I baked a smash cake - the first cake I ever made. I’m very proud to say that it is very healthy. It is all bananas, apple with a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg. It is made of wheat flour with cream cheese frosting and apple juice. This is a cake with no sugar and preservatives added - very good for kids! And my lovable baby loves it! My hubby thought that he’s going to be choked on it coz it is a little spongy, but it was perfect for him and finished the slice I gave him. Then, we went to the church and gave thanks. Thanks to the Lord who made us all and brought happiness into our world. I hope my kid is the happiest boy today. Coz I am the happiest mom right now. Satisfied and blessed.
